Open Positions:
Website Coordinator (2-year term)
The webmaster is responsible for all aspects of website design, content, and maintenance, and assists in coordinating public relations for the organization's events and activities. Experience with web design and web design platforms is a plus, but not required.

Treasurer (3-year term)
The MITESOL treasurer is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for the organization, preparing quarterly reports, and advising the executive committee on the use of funds. The person in this role should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience managing finances. Experience using Quickbooks is required.

Conference Exhibits Manager (3-year term)
The Exhibits Manager coordinates communication and logistics with MITESOL conference exhibitors and sponsors. This role involves managing exhibitor outreach, registration, invoicing, and pre-conference communications, as well as supporting on-site exhibitor needs during the annual conference. The Exhibits Manager enjoys organization, communication, and relationship-building, and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and engaging exhibitor experience that enhances the overall conference.
